Originally from Southfield, Michigan Lance has been a Colorado resident since 1974. His responsibilities with the Premier Brokers team are rather unique. Given his long time residence in the Denver area, he will spend much of his focus and energy promoting the Salida area to the Front Range.

"I am spreading the word that Salida is a magical place. I've spent the last ten years living and playing in this area and have fallen in love with its beauty and charm. And that's just reference to the local residents. Then, there's the scenery, the recreational opportunities, great schools, state of the art medical facilities, fabulous shops and restaurants. I could go on.....Oh; did I mention the great folks that live here?

Honestly, once you've spent any real time here it quickly feels like home. Every time I return to the Valley I am awed by it's beauty and overwhelmed by a sense of peace. My job with UCPB does not really fell like a job at all (mostly cause "job" sounds a little too much like work). No, it feels much more like spreading the "good news". When you discover something that makes a difference in your life, you want everyone to know about it.
